30 Days of Yoga

Yesterday I started practicing yoga. And yes, I am completely sore all over. But I am also very energised and completely motivated for the rest of my 30 day yoga challenge. What sparked this sudden interest in yoga? My new youtube discovery: Yoga with Adriene. She’s amazing! She’s sweet, understanding, knows everything about yoga, has a sense of humour and is extremely motivational.

These videos are completely free and promote a healthy lifestyle. I never thought I would start yoga but these videos show how uncomplicated and how de-stressing yoga can be. In a world full of stress, we could use a 20 min break (which is how long most of her videos are)!
