For over a year now I have been eating this delicious confection every Sunday and unfortunately for my hips, I have not grown tired of it! Incidentally I dislike bananas and hate peanut butter, so for me to say I love this recipe is to say a lot.

1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter | 1 tablespoon of Nutella | 4 waffles (whatever flavour you want) | 2 bananas
In order to make one waffle sandwich you will need to defrost your waffles (if you’re a regular joe like me) or if you’re way too cool and have time on your hands, make your waffles from scratch.
Then place one waffle into your breakfast bowl. Slice your ripe banana onto the plate.
In a separate microwavable bowl, microwave the tablespoons of peanut butter & Nutella for approx. 25 seconds (slightly less or more depending on how high or low your microwave setting is on).Stir the mix and then pour half the deliciousness over the bananas. Repeat for second bowl.
